Pedro is a seasoned executive with a distinguished global career spanning the corporate and public sectors in LatinAmerica, the USA, and Europe.

He was CEO of the Costa Rica Trade and Investment Promotion Authority PROCOMER in 3 different Governments. He led Costa Rica’s exports, free trade zones and foreign direct investment attraction strategy and execution.

Under his leadership, PROCOMER was acclaimed as the "Best Trade andInvestment Promotion Organization in the World" for eight consecutive years (2015-2023).

Francis is a member of our investment team, supporting Vanquish in sourcing opportunities and
executing deals.

Before joining Vanquish, Francis worked at a single-family office, focusing on investments and
identifying entrepreneurial opportunities for new business development.

He holds a BBA in
Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.

Scott is a member of the investment team, contributing to sourcing opportunities and executing deals.

Before joining Vanquish, Scott worked at Cowen & Co in Distressed and Special Situations Sourcing, Sales, and Trading.

He also served as an FP&A Analyst at Rastegar Capital.

He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa.
